to lard or not to

Post  hamburger on Sat Feb 26, 2011 4:06 am

my daily breakfast comes with roasted lard as side dish. So right now i have bottles of lard in the kitchen for my own cooking.

So the question is, should my family convert to using lard as a cooking oil for the whole family? Currently they use seasame or palm olein and I am the only one in the family that sticks to minimum carbo.

in my aspect, there are not too many things worthwhile to cheat for.

And durian is not one of them. Try to keep it to minimum and thats why I only eat good one, or expensive one Twisted Evil
